UNUSUAL (A Poem)

Unusual

By Lulu Feng (age 10)

Unusual can be many things,
Like a purple elephant that paints while it sings,
It can be a snake that uses bamboo chopsticks,
Or cats dancing with bags of Chex Mix,
Unusual is when the sun turns brown,
Or when people live in a ghost town,
It could be a horse ice skating,
And a cow that is creating
A story from a dirt mound
About a dog that longs to touch the ground,
Unusual is a fox that is playing with a puzzle,
While holding people in it’s muzzle,
Unusual is something strange,
They can be in any range.
